Important Notice: PracticeOS is an AI-assisted drafting and workflow tool. It does not provide legal, financial, compliance, regulatory, or tax advice.

All outputs generated by PracticeOS must be reviewed by a qualified, licensed financial adviser before use with clients. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance of all documents provided to your clients under your AFSL obligations.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PracticeOS (practiceos.consiliumsystems.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of PracticeOS, including users accessing the platform during the beta period on a complimentary basis.

About PracticeOS

PracticeOS is an AI-powered practice management platform built by Consilium Systems (ABN: 94 655 810 737) for Australian financial planning practices. It provides AI-assisted tools across four modules: Virtual Paraplanner, Virtual CFO, Virtual Compliance Officer, and Virtual Practice Manager.

PracticeOS is powered by Anthropic's Claude API and is designed for use by licensed financial advisers operating under an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).

PracticeOS does not provide and must not be relied upon as:

Adviser responsibility: All AI-generated outputs — including SOA drafts, compliance documents, and financial summaries — are starting points only. They must be reviewed, verified, and approved by the responsible licensed adviser before use with any client. Consilium Systems accepts no liability for outputs used without appropriate professional review.

Beta Access

PracticeOS is currently in beta. During the beta period:

Consilium Systems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate beta access at any time without prior notice.

Subscriptions and Pricing

Paid subscription plans will be introduced following the beta period. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation conditions will be communicated to users in advance of any transition from complimentary to paid access.

Early beta participants will be offered founding member pricing as a priority. No charges will be applied without explicit agreement and advance notice.

You agree to use PracticeOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and structure of PracticeOS — including its AI modules, user interface, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Consilium Systems and is protected by applicable laws.

AI-generated outputs produced using your inputs are provided to you for your professional use. You retain responsibility for the final documents you produce. Consilium Systems does not claim ownership of client-specific outputs generated through your use of the platform.

Third-Party Services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consilium Systems excludes all liability for any loss or damage — including indirect, consequential, or special loss — arising from:

Consilium Systems does not warrant that PracticeOS will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an AI-assisted drafting and workflow tool.

Termination

Consilium Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to PracticeOS at any time if you breach these Terms of Service or misuse the platform. You may discontinue use of PracticeOS at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Consilium Systems reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be available at practiceos.consiliumsystems.com.au/terms. Continued use of PracticeOS following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
